Kardam is a privately held real estate investment company based in Los Angeles, California specializing in distressed real estate acquisitions, residential rehabilitation and resale, property management, private lending and brokerage. Today Kardam proudly offers its clients a wide array of investment opportunities through foreclosures, REOs (bank owned foreclosure), Short Sales, Real Estate IRAs, 1031 exchange, hard money loans by focusing mainly on flip business, investment properties and property management services.

Our Origin Story
The idea behind Kardam began in 2003. Future Kardam’s Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions Nick Dimov was the Founder and CEO of an Import & Export Company back in his country and was investing in real estate on the side.
During that time, Kardam's future Founder and President, Jenny Koleva, served as a financial consultant for a Bulgaria based PFU Real Estate Finance Company.
Being in the real estate industry for over 15 years Jenny Koleva and Nick Dimov gained extensive experience and knowledge in real estate transactions and made many successful flips. After years of systematic distressed real estate market analysis and research, Jenny and Nick bought their first property from foreclosure auction and sold it for big profit in 2009. They were steadily expanding their business throughout the years and decided to assemble that experience under one company and Kardam was born.
