Nikolay Dimov

Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions, Kardam, Premier Realty and Management

As a Vice President of Kardam, Nick Dimov oversees the company’s acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, market research and financial analysis. He is also responsible for the company’s brokerage operations.

Prior to joining Kardam, since 2009 Mr. Dimov is an integral part of Property Executive Group and owner of Premier Realty and Management. He has served as Principal and CEO for Argentic Mortgage and Argentic Realty from 2006-2009. Previously, Mr. Dimov spent 2 years at Liberty Lending in Santa Monica, California where he was responsible for overseeing the business activities and operations, while also negotiating and securing loans. Mr. Dimov has extensive real estate finance and acquisition experience as well as substantial expertise in the restructuring and workouts of non- performing loans.

Mr. Dimov holds California Real Estate Broker License CalBRE #01513574 and earned his B.A. in International Economic Relations in 2000 from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria.
